Massage Cancellation Policy

Once the massage is scheduled, a credit card will be held on file. If the client cancels/reschedules within a 24-hour window of the original appointment, the full price of the appointment will be charged to the card on file. The card will not be charged otherwise and payment will be handled after treatment.
